Sieckel LLC Real Estate Brokerage’s managing partner started in the Construction industry and then transitioned to Real Estate Management. With well over 20 years experience working with almost every property type, Sieckel LLC has an excellent track record of personalized and detailed management experience.

We provide a one on one approach for each property owner/investor and tailor the service to our clients property and their specific needs.

Most importantly, we have a very simple fee structure geared toward offering a fixed service cost and comprehensive oversight and management.

Formed in 2005, Sieckel LLC’s original function was as an advisory partner/consultant to firms within the real estate development and property management segments in Florida, New York, Arizona, Panama and Mexico.

After successfully completing our advisory engagements in 2009, we shifted to individualized private client real estate services. Seeing a clear opportunity in providing detailed, analytical and turnkey real estate services to discerning clients, the move was a natural progression of the service and detail given our larger partners.

We add value by providing key advisement, marketing, negotiation and management skills that go well beyond the typical.

In our formative years, we did advisory and analytical work for successful real estate developers and management firms. We took diverse, unorganized real estate data and homogenized it into clear actionable metrics.

The need to see through the data clearly hasn't changed and is as applicable to individual real estate investors and property owners as it is to large institutional real estate firms.

To be able to explain in clear graphical terms where a real estate asset stands and strategies to maximize it's value is empowering.
